PRIVACY POLICY "SIMPLE AND CLEAR"
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Regulation on the processing and protection of personal data of Self-employed Dmitry Anatolyevich Saveliev (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) establishes the procedure for processing personal data of website users [https: //simple-clear.com/], as well as protecting the rights of citizens when processing such personal data.
1.2. The use of the mobile app and website [https: //simple-clear.com /] (hereinafter referred to as website), in particular by sending information through the feedback forms posted on the listed website, means the full consent of the website users, in accordance with the privacy policy. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Regulation, the use of the websites must be stopped immediately.
1.3. Any processing of personal data of website users is carried out in compliance with the following principles:
- the legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data,
- conscientiousness,
- compliance of the purpose of processing personal data with the purposes predetermined and declared when collecting personal data,
- correspondence of the amount and character of the processed personal data, methods of processing personal data to the purposes of processing personal data.
2. BASIC CONCEPTS USED IN THIS REGULATION
2.1. For the purposes of this Regulation, the following basic concepts are used:
Website - a set of software and hardware tools for computers that provide the publication of data on the Internet for public viewing, namely website [https: //simple-clear.com /]
Personal data - any information related to a specific or determined on the basis of such information individual (subject of personal data).
Processing of personal data - actions with personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data.
Confidentiality of personal data is a mandatory requirement for the person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or another legal basis.
3. COMPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
3.1. When filling out the feedback form on the website, the user provides the Operator with the following data: an email address for the login. Any other personal data is provided by the user on his own initiative, but is not mandatory, therefore it is recommended not to transfer additional personal data to the Operator through feedback forms.
3.2. When users visit the Operator's website, the following standard technical data are automatically provided: IP address, URL of the web page from which the user went to the website (source of referral to the website), type and version of the operating system, type and browser version, type of website viewing device and its screen resolution, language of the operating system and browser, list of pages visited on the website and actions performed on them. The listed information cannot be used to identify the user of the websites and does not belong to personal data.
3.3. By submitting their personal data on any of the website’s pages, the user gives their consent to their processing by the Operator for an unlimited period.
3.4. The personal data of users are used by the Operator solely for the following purposes:
- establishing feedback with the user to process his request by the Operator
- providing the user with personal technical support in relation to the Operator's software products.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
4.1. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator solely to achieve the goals specified in section 3 of this Regulation.
4.2. The processing of personal data provided by users of websites consists in obtaining, organizing, accumulating, storing, using, depersonalizing, blocking, destroying and protecting against unauthorized access.
4.3. Personal data is stored only on electronic media and processing of personal data is carried out through the automated systems, except the cases expressly provided by this Regulation.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The information listed in section 3 of this Regulation is confidential. The operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and does not allow their spreading or any transfer to third parties.
5.2. The provision of personal data of website users at the request of state bodies and local authorities is carried out in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. OTHER PROVISIONS
6.1. The operator has the right to make changes to this Regulation without notice or users`consent.
